I am currently a salesperson along with my partner Wendy Sellers (who has specialised in selling real estate here locally since 1990) at First National Waihi Beach and we have been working together in real estate here at the beach since 2007. I have been in Real Estate for 26 years now and I live in Waihi Beach. I am very experienced in all forms of marketing and selling, Residential/ Sections/ Commercial/ Rural/ Lifestyle and Beach Properties.

I have recently had great success in selling down a section sub-division that had previously been on the market for nearly 10 years with now just 4 of the 14 section left for sale.

I began Real estate as a Salesperson in Tauranga (Eves) in 1989. After 7 years there I became a Sales Manager for Harcourts Tauranga and also started as an Auctioneer. After 3 years there I shifted to Harcourts Taupo to be Sales Manager and took that office to number one for the Midland Harcourts Region. I also competed in the Harcourts Auctioneers Champion-ships that year and was runner up to the national champion. We continued to develop with great success an Auctions culture.

After 4 Years in Taupo I became General Manager for Harcourts Tauranga / Mt Maunganui Region and oversaw the day to day running for all seven offices under my management, and took this Harcourts Group to Number 1 (Top Office Group) in New Zealand. I also continued calling Auctions with great success throughout the Bay Of Plenty.

From here I moved to Auckland and became the Business Development Manager for Harcourts Corporate Northern Region. My responsibilities ranged from day to day support for 60 offices and 630 Salespeople, recruitment of new sales people, to advanced training for senior sales consultants, and this also included business planning for the Harcourts franchise owners. I have now called more than 3500 Auctions in most towns and main centres north of Turangi and all across the Auckland and Northern Region .
As a young fellow I was a very keen hunter and fisherman and had the good fortune to live out on Mayor Island for nearly 3 years in the 1980s, and as such it is one of my favourite fishing grounds. I am a very keen gardener and love gliding.
