Having moved to Tairua in 1993 gives me many years of local knowledge, having been involved in numerous different facets of the local community. Beginning with the local kindergarten which involved ongoing fundraising, on the Board of Trustees at Tairua School for 10 years, involved with the Tairua School Wine and Food Festival and even a rugby coach for one season so our lads could have a team.

I have always been very proud to have been actively involved in our very special community.
